WHAT DOES CCI #34 MEAN?

I obtained a simple optima, not an elite, about 6-7yrs ago. I tried numerous models of primers in it. I could about 6 rounds through the common CCIs or Acquire magnums then the primers would get packed in with carbon. They have been very difficult to extract! With most other manufacturers 2-3 shots would have to have equipment to acquire them out!I
